Attention: Sometimes, you may get another connection created automatically in "Network connections", which may cause to prevent your default connection from being connected to the internet. Its not a big deal to solve this, just remove that connection.

First of all download Angry IP scanner

Now enter the target IP address.

Click Options,then click Select Ports and enter the ports you are searching for.
